First-Year Applicants
Requirements and Deadlines
- Kindly go through the prospectus to check the courses you are qualified for before appication
- You can only apply for the course you are qualified for
- Ensure your documents are not password-protected or corrupted.
- Double-check your uploaded documents before submitting the form.
- Use official names as they appear on your national ID or passport.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of admission.
- Only applications with confirmed payment (KES 1,000) via M-Pesa will be processed.
- The course selected must be offered in the current intake period.
- Keep a copy of your submitted application and payment receipt for reference.
- Official transcript(s) or academic results must be produced during admission
- The KES 1,000 application fee is not refundable
- After submission, wait for confirmation via email or SMS within 3–5 working days.

King's Medical College reserves the right to evaluate an application and render a final decision even if all pieces of the application have not been received.
Applicants are limited to a total of three applications for undergraduate admission, whether for first-year admission, transfer admission or a combination of both. If you have submitted fewer than three applications to King's Medical College, you may reapply.
